Credit Criteria

Looking to rent at 1200 Acqua Apartments and wondering what credit score you need? Our community uses the VantageScore credit model to evaluate all rental applications. Below are our credit approval guidelines for leasing an apartment home:

• Approved with Standard Terms: Applicants with a credit score of 650 or higher (VantageScore) are typically approved without additional requirements, provided all other leasing criteria are met.
• Approved with Conditions: Applicants with a credit score between 575 and 649 may still be approved, but additional conditions may apply, such as a higher security deposit, a co-signer, or prepaid rent.
• Not Approved: Applicants with a credit score below 575 or with an unsatisfactory credit history - including evictions, collections, bankruptcies, or delinquent accounts-may not qualify for an apartment.
